A fresh and satisfying pasta salad inspired by classic caprese flavors, perfect for gatherings, meal prep, or light meals.
Ingredients

12 oz (340 g) short pasta

2 cups (300 g) cherry tomatoes, halved

8 oz (225 g) fresh mozzarella pearls or cubes

½ cup (20 g) fresh basil, sliced

3 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil

1 tsp salt

½ tsp black pepper
-
½ tsp garlic powder (optional)

¼ cup (60 ml) balsamic glaze
Instructions

Cook pasta in salted water until al dente. Drain and cool.

Combine pasta, tomatoes, mozzarella, and basil in a large bowl.

Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.

Toss gently and add balsamic glaze.

Chill for 20–30 minutes before serving.
