Ingredients

2 pounds (900 g) bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 tablespoons lemon pepper seasoning

1 teaspoon salt

3 cloves garlic, minced

Zest of 1 large lemon

2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels.

In a large bowl, combine olive oil, lemon pepper seasoning, salt, garlic, lemon zest, and lemon juice.

Add the chicken thighs to the bowl and toss until evenly coated.

Heat an oven-safe skillet over medium heat and place the chicken skin-side down. Cook for 5 to 7 minutes until the skin is golden and crisp.

Flip the chicken thighs and transfer the skillet to the preheated oven.

Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
