Ingredients

Cooked chicken breast, chopped – 2 cups (300 g)

Buffalo-style hot sauce – ½ cup (120 ml)

Cream cheese, softened – 200 g

Shredded mozzarella cheese – 1½ cups (170 g)

Shredded cheddar cheese – 1 cup (115 g)

Garlic powder – 1 teaspoon

Onion powder – 1 teaspoon

Salt – ½ teaspoon

Black pepper – ½ teaspoon

Refrigerated biscuit dough – 1 can (8 biscuits, 450 g)

Unsalted butter, melted – 3 tablespoons (45 g)

Dried parsley – 1 teaspoon
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 190°C (375°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a bowl, mix the chicken, buffalo-style hot sauce, cream cheese, mozzarella, cheddar, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.

Separate and flatten each biscuit dough piece into a circle.

Spoon about 2 tablespoons of filling into the center of each circle.

Pull the dough edges over the filling, pinch to seal, and roll into a ball.

Place seam-side down on the baking sheet.

Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with dried parsley.
