  • Buffalo-style hot sauce – ½ cup (120 ml)

  • Cream cheese, softened – 200 g

  • Shredded mozzarella cheese – 1½ cups (170 g)

  • Shredded cheddar cheese – 1 cup (115 g)

  • Garlic powder – 1 teaspoon

  • Onion powder – 1 teaspoon

  • Salt – ½ teaspoon

  • Black pepper – ½ teaspoon

  • Unsalted butter, melted – 3 tablespoons (45 g)

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 190°C (375°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  • In a bowl, mix the chicken, buffalo-style hot sauce, cream cheese, mozzarella, cheddar, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.

  • Separate and flatten each biscuit dough piece into a circle.

  • Spoon about 2 tablespoons of filling into the center of each circle.

  • Pull the dough edges over the filling, pinch to seal, and roll into a ball.

  • Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with dried parsley.

  • Bake for 18–22 minutes until golden brown.

  • Cool slightly before serving warm.

Notes
