Marinara or pizza sauce – 2 cups (480 ml)

Black pepper – ½ teaspoon

Shredded mozzarella cheese – 3 cups (300 g)

Shredded cheddar cheese – 1 cup (100 g)

Black olives, sliced – ½ cup (75 g)

Fresh basil or parsley, chopped – 2 tablespoons
Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

Spread potato tots evenly in the dish and bake for 20 minutes.

Heat olive oil in a skillet, sauté onion until soft.

Add bell pepper and mushrooms; cook until tender.

Stir in garlic, seasonings, salt, and pepper.
