Ground chicken or beef: 450 g / 1 lb

Taco seasoning: 28 g / 2 tablespoons

Ranch seasoning mix: 20 g / 2 tablespoons

Cream cheese, softened: 170 g / 6 oz

Shredded cheddar cheese: 120 g / 1 cup

Shredded mozzarella cheese: 120 g / 1 cup

All-purpose flour: 240 g / 2 cups

Baking powder: 5 g / 1 teaspoon

Salt: 3 g / ½ teaspoon

Milk: 120 ml / ½ cup

Butter, melted: 60 g / ¼ cup
Instructions

Cook the ground chicken or beef in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked. Stir in taco seasoning and ranch seasoning with 60 ml (¼ cup) water. Simmer for 2–3 minutes and set aside to cool.

In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and mozzarella cheese. Add the seasoned meat and combine well.

In another bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, and salt. Add milk and melted butter, stirring until a soft dough forms.

Fold the cheese and meat mixture into the dough gently.

Roll the mixture into small balls, about 1 tablespoon each, and place on a lined baking sheet.

Bake at 190°C / 375°F for 18–22 minutes until golden.
