Cream cheese – 225 g (8 oz), softened

Shredded cheddar cheese – 240 g (2 cups)

Shredded Monterey Jack cheese – 120 g (1 cup)

Diced tomatoes with green chilies – 300 g (10 oz), drained

Green bell pepper – 1 medium, diced

Onion – 1 small, diced

Garlic – 2 cloves, minced

Sour cream – 120 g (½ cup)

Chili powder – 5 g (1 teaspoon)

Ground cumin – 3 g (½ teaspoon)

Paprika – 3 g (½ teaspoon)

Salt – 4 g (¾ teaspoon)

Black pepper – 2 g (¼ teaspoon)

Olive oil – 15 ml (1 tablespoon)
Instructions

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook onion and bell pepper until softened.

Add garlic and ground beef, cooking until beef is browned. Drain excess fat.

Stir in chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper.

Reduce heat and add cream cheese and sour cream, stirring until smooth.

Fold in tomatoes, then add shredded cheeses gradually until melted.
