Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon paprika

  • 1½ teaspoons Italian seasoning

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley (optional)


Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

  • Mix olive oil, garlic, paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.

  • Toss chicken with seasoning mixture.

  • Toss potatoes lightly with oil, salt, and pepper.

  • Arrange chicken and potatoes in a baking dish.

  • Sprinkle Parmesan evenly over everything.

  • Bake for 40–45 minutes until golden and cooked through.

  • Broil briefly for extra crispiness if desired.
