  • 12 oz (340 g) high-quality dark chocolate, chopped

  • 6 oz (170 g) white chocolate, chopped

  • 1 cup dried cranberries

  • 1 cup shelled pistachios, roughly chopped

  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract

  • Sea salt, for sprinkling (optional)


Instructions

  • Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.

  • Melt the dark chocolate using a double boiler or microwave, stirring to ensure smoothness.

  • Stir in vanilla extract into the melted dark chocolate.

  • Pour the melted dark chocolate onto the prepared baking sheet and spread into a ¼-inch thick layer.

  • Evenly sprinkle dried cranberries and chopped pistachios over the chocolate, pressing gently to stick.

  • Melt the white chocolate using the same method.

  • Drizzle the white chocolate over the dark chocolate in a zigzag or swirling pattern. Use a toothpick to swirl for a marble effect if desired.

  • Lightly sprinkle sea salt over the chocolate bark if using.

  • Allow the bark to cool at room temperature until firm, or refrigerate for 20–30 minutes.

  • Break the set chocolate into irregular pieces.

  • Store in an airtight container at room temperature or in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
