12 oz (340 g) high-quality dark chocolate, chopped

6 oz (170 g) white chocolate, chopped

1 cup dried cranberries

1 cup shelled pistachios, roughly chopped

1 tsp pure vanilla extract

Sea salt, for sprinkling (optional)
Instructions

Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.

Melt the dark chocolate using a double boiler or microwave, stirring to ensure smoothness.

Stir in vanilla extract into the melted dark chocolate.

Pour the melted dark chocolate onto the prepared baking sheet and spread into a ¼-inch thick layer.

Evenly sprinkle dried cranberries and chopped pistachios over the chocolate, pressing gently to stick.

Melt the white chocolate using the same method.

Drizzle the white chocolate over the dark chocolate in a zigzag or swirling pattern. Use a toothpick to swirl for a marble effect if desired.
