Ingredients

2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken thighs or breasts

1 cup plain yogurt

3 tablespoons olive oil

3 tablespoons lemon juice

4 cloves garlic, minced

2 teaspoons ground cumin

2 teaspoons paprika

1 teaspoon ground coriander

1 teaspoon ground turmeric

1 teaspoon ground black pepper

1 ½ teaspoons salt

1 cup plain yogurt

¼ cup mayonnaise

3 cloves garlic, finely grated

2 tablespoons lemon juice

2 tablespoons olive oil

½ teaspoon salt
Instructions

Whisk together yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, spices, and salt. Coat the chicken thoroughly and marinate for at least 1 hour.

Heat a skillet over medium-high heat with a little oil. Cook chicken for 5–7 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.

Rest the chicken briefly, then slice thinly.
