Ingredients

1 pound (450 g) chicken breast, bite-size pieces

1 tablespoon olive oil

2 tablespoons unsalted butter

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon dried parsley

½ teaspoon dried thyme

½ teaspoon black pepper

¾ teaspoon salt

1 cup (240 ml) chicken broth

1 cup (240 ml) heavy cream

¾ cup (75 g) cream cheese, softened

1 cup (100 g) shredded cheddar cheese

1 pound (450 g) potato gnocchi

2 cups (60 g) fresh spinach
Instructions

Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium heat and cook chicken until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.

Add garlic and seasonings to the same skillet and cook until fragrant.

Pour in chicken broth, then stir in cream and cream cheese until smooth.

Add gnocchi, cover, and simmer until tender.

Return chicken to the skillet along with cheddar cheese and spinach. Stir until melted and wilted.
