A comforting, rich pasta dish made with tender chicken and a smooth parmesan cream sauce that is perfect for family dinners or special occasions.
Ingredients

12 ounces (340 g) penne or fettuccine pasta

1½ pounds (680 g) chicken breast, cubed

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 tablespoons butter

4 garlic cloves, minced

1½ cups (360 ml) heavy cream

½ cup (120 ml) milk

1½ cups (150 g) grated parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon black pepper
-
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

½ teaspoon paprika
-
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions

Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and reserve ½ cup (120 ml) pasta water.

Heat olive oil in a skillet and cook seasoned chicken until golden and fully cooked. Remove and set aside.

Melt butter in the same skillet, add garlic, and cook briefly until fragrant.

Add heavy cream and milk, simmer gently for 3–4 minutes.

Stir in parmesan cheese until smooth and creamy.

Return chicken and pasta to the skillet, tossing to coat. Add reserved pasta water if needed.

Adjust seasoning, garnish with parsley, and serve warm.
Notes

Freshly grated parmesan gives the best flavor and texture.

Add a splash of milk when reheating to restore creaminess.
