Description

A rich and indulgent treat, this Creamy Peanut Butter Chocolate Swirl Fudge is perfect for cozy evenings, holiday gatherings, or as a homemade gift. The smooth chocolate and peanut butter blend together in a beautiful marbled swirl, creating a dessert that’s both visually stunning and irresistibly delicious.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups granulated sugar

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter

  • 2/3 cup evaporated milk

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter

  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  • Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper or lightly grease it with butter.

  • In a medium saucepan, combine sugar, butter, and evaporated milk over medium heat, stirring until the butter is melted and sugar is dissolved.

  • Bring the mixture to a rolling boil and continue stirring constantly for 4-5 minutes.

  • Remove the saucepan from heat and let the mixture cool for 2-3 minutes.

  • Stir in the peanut butter and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.

  • Add the chocolate chips and salt, stirring until fully melted and combined.

  • Pour half of the fudge mixture into the prepared pan, then spoon the remaining mixture on top and gently swirl with a knife or spatula to create a marbled effect.

  • Allow the fudge to cool at room temperature for 10-15 minutes, then transfer to the refrigerator to chill for 2-3 hours or until firm.

  • Remove fudge from the pan using the parchment paper and cut into squares with a sharp knife.

Notes

  • Ensure all ingredients are at room temperature for a smooth, creamy texture.

  • Use a sharp knife for clean, even squares; wipe knife between cuts.

  • For a more dramatic swirl, use a toothpick or skewer to create patterns before chilling.

  • Store fudge in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to two weeks, or freeze for longer storage.
