Instructions

Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper or lightly grease it with butter.

In a medium saucepan, combine sugar, butter, and evaporated milk over medium heat, stirring until the butter is melted and sugar is dissolved.

Bring the mixture to a rolling boil and continue stirring constantly for 4-5 minutes.
