Ingredients

  • 1 pound (450 g) large shrimp, peeled and deveined

  • 1/2 cup (60 g) all-purpose flour

  • 2 large eggs

  • 1 cup (120 g) panko breadcrumbs

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

  • Cooking spray

  • 1/2 cup (120 g) mayonnaise

  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) sweet chili sauce

  • 1 tablespoon hot sauce

  • 1 teaspoon lime juice

  • 8 small tortillas

  • 2 cups (100 g) shredded cabbage

  • 1/4 cup (15 g) chopped fresh cilantro

  • 1 small avocado, sliced


Instructions

  • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).

  • Set up a breading station with flour, whisked eggs, and seasoned panko.

  • Coat shrimp in flour, egg, then panko.

  • Air fry shrimp for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway, until crispy.

  • Mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, hot sauce, and lime juice.

  • Assemble tacos with cabbage, shrimp, sauce, avocado, and cilantro.

Notes

For best texture, serve immediately. Adjust sauce heat to taste and avoid overcrowding the air fryer for maximum crispiness.
