These crispy air fryer chicken nuggets are golden on the outside, tender on the inside, and packed with flavor. Made with simple ingredients, they are perfect for quick meals, snacks, or family dinners.
Ingredients

500 g boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces

1 cup (120 g) all-purpose flour

2 large eggs

2 tablespoons milk

1½ cups (75 g) breadcrumbs

½ cup (50 g) grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon black pepper

1 teaspoon garlic powder
-
1 teaspoon paprika
-
½ teaspoon onion powder

2 tablespoons olive oil or cooking spray
Instructions

Preheat the air fryer to 200°C (400°F).

Place flour in one bowl, whisk eggs and milk in a second bowl, and mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan, and seasonings in a third bowl.

Coat chicken pieces in flour, then egg mixture, then breadcrumb mixture.

Lightly grease the air fryer basket and arrange nuggets in a single layer.

Spray tops lightly with oil and air fry for 8 minutes.

Flip nuggets, spray again, and cook for another 6–8 minutes until golden and cooked through.

Rest briefly before serving.
