A quick and flavorful air fryer dinner made with juicy chicken sausage and perfectly roasted vegetables.
Ingredients

Chicken sausage – 14 oz (about 4–5 links), sliced

Broccoli florets – 2 cups (300 g)

Red bell pepper – 1 large (180 g), sliced

Yellow bell pepper – 1 large (180 g), sliced

Zucchini – 1 medium (200 g), sliced

Olive oil – 2 tablespoons

Garlic powder – 1 teaspoon

Onion powder – 1 teaspoon

Paprika – 1 teaspoon

Dried Italian seasoning – 1 teaspoon

Salt – ¾ teaspoon

Black pepper – ½ teaspoon
Instructions

Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (193°C).

Place the sliced chicken sausage and vegetables in a large bowl.

Add olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Toss until evenly coated.

Transfer the mixture to the air fryer basket in a single layer.

Air fry for 12–15 minutes, shaking halfway through, until the vegetables are tender and lightly crisp and the sausage is golden.
