A quick and flavorful air fryer dinner made with juicy chicken sausage and perfectly roasted vegetables.


Ingredients

  • Chicken sausage – 14 oz (about 4–5 links), sliced

  • Broccoli florets – 2 cups (300 g)

  • Red bell pepper – 1 large (180 g), sliced

  • Yellow bell pepper – 1 large (180 g), sliced

  • Zucchini – 1 medium (200 g), sliced

  • Olive oil – 2 tablespoons

  • Garlic powder – 1 teaspoon

  • Onion powder – 1 teaspoon

  • Paprika – 1 teaspoon

  • Dried Italian seasoning – 1 teaspoon

  • Salt – ¾ teaspoon

  • Black pepper – ½ teaspoon


Instructions

  • Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (193°C).

  • Place the sliced chicken sausage and vegetables in a large bowl.

  • Add olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Toss until evenly coated.

  • Transfer the mixture to the air fryer basket in a single layer.

  • Air fry for 12–15 minutes, shaking halfway through, until the vegetables are tender and lightly crisp and the sausage is golden.

  • Serve hot.
