500 g salmon fillet, skin removed, cut into 1½-inch cubes

2 tablespoons cornstarch

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon paprika

½ teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon black pepper

2 tablespoons olive oil

⅓ cup honey

4 cloves garlic, minced

2 tablespoons soy sauce

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1 teaspoon cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoons water

Instructions

Pat the salmon cubes dry and toss with cornstarch, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sear salmon until golden and crispy on all sides. Remove and set aside.

In the same pan, sauté garlic briefly, then add honey, soy sauce, and lemon juice.
