Ingredients

Chia seeds – 1/4 cup (40 g)

Unsweetened cocoa powder – 2 tablespoons (10 g)

Chocolate or vanilla protein powder – 1 scoop (30 g)

Milk of choice – 1 1/2 cups (360 ml)

Maple syrup or honey – 2 tablespoons (30 ml)

Vanilla extract – 1 teaspoon (5 ml)

Salt – 1/8 teaspoon
Instructions

Whisk milk, cocoa powder, protein powder, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt in a bowl until smooth.

Stir in chia seeds thoroughly.

Let rest for 5 minutes, then stir again.

Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight until thick.
