Description

Juicy, well-seasoned chicken skewers cooked quickly in the air fryer for a simple, reliable, and flavorful meal that fits any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 700 g boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into 3 cm cubes

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1 teaspoon paprika

  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin

  • ½ teaspoon ground black pepper

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice


Instructions

  • Cut the chicken breast into evenly sized 3 cm cubes and place in a large bowl.

  • Add olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, paprika, cumin, black pepper, salt, and oregano. Mix until well coated.

  • Thread the seasoned chicken pieces onto skewers, leaving small spaces between each piece.

  • Preheat the air fryer to 190°C.

  • Place the skewers in a single layer in the air fryer basket.

  • Cook for 12–15 minutes, turning halfway through, until the chicken is cooked through and lightly golden.

  • Remove from the air fryer and rest for 2–3 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • Soak wooden skewers in water for at least 20 minutes before use.

  • Do not overcrowd the air fryer basket for even cooking.

  • Chicken is fully cooked when it reaches an internal temperature of 75°C.
