Ingredients

700 g boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into 3 cm cubes

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon paprika

1 teaspoon ground cumin

½ teaspoon ground black pepper

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon dried oregano
-
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions

Cut the chicken breast into evenly sized 3 cm cubes and place in a large bowl.

Add olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, paprika, cumin, black pepper, salt, and oregano. Mix until well coated.

Thread the seasoned chicken pieces onto skewers, leaving small spaces between each piece.

Preheat the air fryer to 190°C.

Place the skewers in a single layer in the air fryer basket.

Cook for 12–15 minutes, turning halfway through, until the chicken is cooked through and lightly golden.

Remove from the air fryer and rest for 2–3 minutes before serving.

Soak wooden skewers in water for at least 20 minutes before use.

Do not overcrowd the air fryer basket for even cooking.

Chicken is fully cooked when it reaches an internal temperature of 75°C.
