Description

A quick and satisfying homemade snack featuring crispy dough and a melty, flavorful filling, made effortlessly in the air fryer.


Ingredients

  • Refrigerated pizza dough – 1 pound (450 g)

  • Shredded mozzarella cheese – 1½ cups (170 g)

  • Turkey pepperoni or vegetable pepperoni – ¾ cup (75 g), chopped

  • Marinara sauce – ½ cup (120 ml)

  • Olive oil – 1 tablespoon (15 ml)

  • Italian seasoning – 1 teaspoon

  • Garlic powder – ½ teaspoon

  • Grated Parmesan cheese – ¼ cup (25 g)


Instructions

  • Roll out pizza dough on a lightly floured surface to ¼ inch (6 mm) thickness.

  • Spread marinara sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border.

  • Sprinkle mozzarella, turkey or vegetable pepperoni, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder evenly.

  • Roll the dough tightly into a log and slice into 1½-inch (4 cm) rolls.

  • Brush rolls with olive oil and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

  • Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).

  • Arrange rolls in a single layer and cook for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crisp.

  • Cool briefly and serve warm with extra marinara sauce.

Notes

  • Do not overfill to prevent leaking.

  • Rolls can be refrigerated for up to 24 hours before cooking.

  • Serve immediately for the best texture and flavor.
