A quick and satisfying homemade snack featuring crispy dough and a melty, flavorful filling, made effortlessly in the air fryer.
Ingredients

Refrigerated pizza dough – 1 pound (450 g)

Shredded mozzarella cheese – 1½ cups (170 g)

Turkey pepperoni or vegetable pepperoni – ¾ cup (75 g), chopped

Marinara sauce – ½ cup (120 ml)

Olive oil – 1 tablespoon (15 ml)

Italian seasoning – 1 teaspoon

Garlic powder – ½ teaspoon

Grated Parmesan cheese – ¼ cup (25 g)
Instructions

Roll out pizza dough on a lightly floured surface to ¼ inch (6 mm) thickness.

Spread marinara sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border.

Sprinkle mozzarella, turkey or vegetable pepperoni, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder evenly.

Roll the dough tightly into a log and slice into 1½-inch (4 cm) rolls.

Brush rolls with olive oil and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).

Arrange rolls in a single layer and cook for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crisp.

Cool briefly and serve warm with extra marinara sauce.
