A fresh and satisfying pasta salad inspired by classic Caprese flavors, perfect for gatherings and make-ahead meals.
Ingredients

450 g (1 lb) short pasta (rotini, fusilli, or farfalle)

450 g (1 lb) cherry tomatoes, halved

225 g (8 oz) fresh mozzarella pearls

1 cup (about 30 g) fresh basil leaves, torn

80 ml (⅓ cup) extra virgin olive oil

60 ml (¼ cup) balsamic glaze (optional)

1 small garlic clove, minced
-
1 teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon black pepper
Instructions

Cook pasta in salted water until al dente. Drain and cool completely.

In a large bowl, combine pasta, tomatoes, and mozzarella.

Whisk olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.

Pour dressing over pasta mixture and toss gently.

Add basil and drizzle with balsamic glaze if using.

Rest 15–20 minutes before serving.
