Ingredients

Boneless, skinless chicken breast – 1 pound (450 g), diced

Olive oil – 2 tablespoons

Garlic cloves – 4 cloves, minced

Salt – 1 teaspoon

Black pepper – ½ teaspoon

Paprika – 1 teaspoon

Dried oregano – 1 teaspoon

Onion powder – ½ teaspoon

Cream cheese – 3 tablespoons (45 g)

Shredded mozzarella cheese – 1½ cups (170 g)

Shredded cheddar cheese – 1 cup (115 g)

Large flour tortillas – 6

Unsalted butter – 2 tablespoons, melted

Fresh parsley – 2 tablespoons, chopped (optional)
Instructions

Season the chicken with salt, pepper, paprika, oregano, and onion powder.

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and cook briefly until fragrant.

Add chicken and cook for 6–8 minutes until fully cooked.

Stir in cream cheese until melted, then add mozzarella and cheddar cheese.

Remove from heat and spoon filling into tortillas. Roll into wraps.

Brush wraps with melted butter and toast in a skillet until golden on both sides.
