Ingredients

900 g boneless, skinless chicken thighs or breast, thinly sliced

2 teaspoons ground cumin

2 teaspoons paprika

1 teaspoon ground coriander

1 teaspoon ground turmeric

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

½ teaspoon ground black pepper

1 teaspoon salt

1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

240 g plain yogurt

3 tablespoons mayonnaise

2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

3 cloves garlic, finely grated

½ teaspoon salt

6 large flatbreads or wraps
-
1 cup shredded lettuce (40 g)

1 large tomato, sliced (150 g)

½ red onion, sliced (60 g)
Instructions

In a bowl, mix olive oil, spices, salt, and lemon juice. Add chicken and coat evenly. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.

In a separate bowl, stir together yogurt, mayonnaise, lemon juice, garlic, and salt to make the garlic sauce.

Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the chicken for 6–8 minutes until cooked through and lightly browned.

Warm the flatbreads until soft.

Spread garlic sauce on each wrap, add chicken and vegetables, then roll tightly.
