Ingredients

  • Frozen beef or turkey meatballs: 2 pounds

  • Sweet chili sauce: 1½ cups

  • Ketchup: ½ cup

  • Soy sauce: ¼ cup

  • Garlic powder: 1 teaspoon

  • Onion powder: 1 teaspoon

  • Ground ginger: ½ teaspoon

  • Black pepper: ½ teaspoon

  • Cornstarch: 1 tablespoon

  • Water: 2 tablespoons


Instructions

  • Whisk together sweet chili sauce, ketchup, soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, ground ginger, and black pepper in a bowl.

  • Mix cornstarch and water until smooth, then stir into the sauce.

  • Place frozen meatballs into the crockpot.

  • Pour sauce over the meatballs and stir gently to coat.

  • Cover and cook on low for 4 to 5 hours, stirring once or twice.

  • Serve warm directly from the slow cooker.
