1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions
-
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a 9-inch baking dish or oven-safe skillet.
-
In a medium bowl, combine shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Mix until smooth and creamy.
-
Stir in Parmesan cheese, garlic (powder or fresh), onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper until fully incorporated.
-
Spoon the mixture into the prepared baking dish and smooth the top with a spatula.
-
Sprinkle shredded mozzarella evenly over the top.
-
Bake in the preheated oven for 20–25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and slightly golden on top.
-
Remove from the oven and sprinkle chopped fresh parsley over the top.
-
Serve warm with crackers, breadsticks, or sliced vegetables.
-
Optional: Add a sprinkle of red pepper flakes or toasted breadcrumbs for extra flavor and texture.
-
Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator and reheated in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for 10–15 minutes until warmed through.
Notes
-
Use rotisserie or leftover cooked chicken for convenience.
-
Freshly grated cheese melts better than pre-shredded cheese.
-
The dip can be made a day ahead and baked just before serving.
-
For a lighter version, swap sour cream and mayonnaise for Greek yogurt.
-
Roasted garlic can be used for a sweeter, more mellow flavor.
