Ingredients

  • pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika

  • ¾ teaspoon salt

  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano

  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

  • 4 cups broccoli florets

  • 1½ tablespoons olive oil

  • ½ teaspoon salt

  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder

  • Optional: 3 cups cooked rice or quinoa


Instructions

  • Pat chicken breasts dry and coat with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, pepper, oregano, and lemon juice.

  • Preheat grill to medium-high heat and lightly oil the grates.

  • Grill chicken for 5–7 minutes per side until fully cooked. Rest for 5 minutes, then slice.

  • Toss broccoli with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Grill or roast until tender.

  • Assemble bowls with rice or quinoa if using, then top with chicken and broccoli.

Notes
