Ingredients

1½ pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

¾ teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon black pepper

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

4 cups broccoli florets

1½ tablespoons olive oil

½ teaspoon salt

¼ teaspoon black pepper

¼ teaspoon garlic powder

Optional: 3 cups cooked rice or quinoa
Instructions

Pat chicken breasts dry and coat with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, pepper, oregano, and lemon juice.

Preheat grill to medium-high heat and lightly oil the grates.

Grill chicken for 5–7 minutes per side until fully cooked. Rest for 5 minutes, then slice.

Toss broccoli with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Grill or roast until tender.
