Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • 2 cups uncooked elbow macaroni

  • 2 cups beef broth

  • 1 cup whole milk

  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste

  • 1 teaspoon paprika

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

  • ½ teaspoon salt

  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

  • ½ teaspoon dried parsley

  • 1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese


Instructions

  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat and brown the ground beef.

  • Add onion and cook until softened, then stir in garlic.

  • Mix in tomato paste and seasonings until well combined.

  • Add macaroni, beef broth, and milk; bring to a simmer.

  • Cover and cook until pasta is tender, stirring occasionally.

  • Remove from heat and stir in cheddar cheese until creamy.
