Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Place unpeeled garlic cloves on foil, drizzle with olive oil, wrap tightly, and roast for 20–25 minutes until soft. Cool, then mash into a paste.

In a large bowl, combine softened cream cheese and shredded cheddar until smooth.

Stir in roasted garlic paste, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and fresh herbs until fully incorporated.

Notes
