½ cup (120 ml) chicken broth

1 cup (30 g) fresh spinach (optional)

Instructions

Cook pasta in salted water until al dente, reserve ½ cup pasta water, drain.

Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet, sauté onion until soft.

Add garlic and cook briefly until fragrant.

Pour in heavy cream and chicken broth, simmer gently.

Season with salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, and paprika.

Stir in chicken and Parmesan until melted and creamy.

Add pasta, tossing to coat, loosening with reserved pasta water if needed.
