Ingredients

Boneless, skinless chicken breasts – 2 pounds (900 g)

Sweet chili sauce – 1 cup (240 ml)

Soy sauce – 1/4 cup (60 ml)

Honey – 2 tablespoons (30 ml)

Garlic, minced – 4 cloves

Fresh ginger, grated – 1 tablespoon

Rice vinegar – 1 tablespoon (15 ml)

Cornstarch – 1 tablespoon (8 g)

Water – 2 tablespoons (30 ml)

Salt – 1/2 teaspoon

Black pepper – 1/4 teaspoon
Instructions

Whisk sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, honey, garlic, ginger, rice vinegar, salt, and pepper in a bowl.

Place chicken breasts in the slow cooker and pour sauce over them.

Cook on low for 4–5 hours or high for 2–3 hours until tender.

Mix cornstarch and water, stir into the slow cooker, and cook 30 minutes more to thicken.
