  • ½ cup (120 g) mayonnaise

  • 1 cup (100 g) shredded cheddar cheese

  • ¼ cup (30 g) finely chopped green onions

  • 1 small green bell pepper (about 100 g), finely diced

  • ½ teaspoon salt

  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder

  • ½ teaspoon onion powder


Instructions

  • In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.

  • Add sour cream and mayonnaise, mixing until fully combined.

  • Fold in the corn kernels.

  • Add cheddar cheese, green onions, and green bell pepper.

  • Season with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.

  • Mix gently until evenly combined.

  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
