Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt

  • 2 teaspoons baking powder

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • ½ cup thick pizza sauce

  • 1 cup shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese

  • ½ cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

  • ¾ cup beef or turkey pepperoni, finely chopped

  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • ½ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning


Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  • In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt. Add Greek yogurt and knead until smooth.

  • Roll the dough into a large rectangle about ¼ inch thick.

  • Spread pizza sauce evenly over the dough, then sprinkle cheeses and pepperoni on top.

  • Season with oregano, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes if desired.

  • Roll the dough tightly into a log and slice into 12 to 14 rolls.

  • Place rolls cut-side up on the baking sheet, brush with olive oil, and sprinkle with Italian seasoning.

  • Bake for 18 to 22 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.

Notes

  • Use finely chopped pepperoni for even distribution.

  • Serve warm with extra pizza sauce or a creamy dip.
