Ingredients

2 cups all-purpose flour

1 cup plain Greek yogurt

½ cup thick pizza sauce

1 cup shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese

½ cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

¾ cup beef or turkey pepperoni, finely chopped

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt. Add Greek yogurt and knead until smooth.

Roll the dough into a large rectangle about ¼ inch thick.

Spread pizza sauce evenly over the dough, then sprinkle cheeses and pepperoni on top.
