Description

Ingredients

  • 2 large eggs (about 100 g without shells)

  • 1 teaspoon baking powder (about 4 g)


Instructions

  • Mash the bananas in a bowl until mostly smooth.

  • Add the eggs and whisk until fully combined.

  • Mix in the baking powder and rest the batter for 2–3 minutes.

  • Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-low heat.

  • Pour about 2 tablespoons (30 ml) of batter per pancake.

  • Cook 2–3 minutes, flip, and cook another 1–2 minutes.

  • Serve warm with desired toppings.

Notes
