A rich and savory dish featuring tender mushrooms coated in flavorful garlic butter and grilled to perfection.
Ingredients
500 grams (about 1 lb) whole button mushrooms
3 tablespoons (45 g) unsalted butter, melted
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon (15 ml) olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon paprika
1 tablespoon (15 ml) lemon juice
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
Clean mushrooms with a damp cloth and trim stems if needed.
In a bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, olive oil, salt, pepper, paprika, and lemon juice.
Toss mushrooms in the mixture until well coated.
Preheat grill to 200°C (400°F).
Grill mushrooms for 8–10 minutes, turning occasionally.
Remove from grill and sprinkle with parsley.
Serve immediately.
Notes
Use fresh mushrooms for best flavor and texture.
Adjust seasoning according to taste.
Skewers can make grilling easier.
