1 lb beef sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized cubes

20 oz cheese tortellini

3 tablespoons unsalted butter

5 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup heavy cream

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

Cook tortellini in salted boiling water according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Season steak with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sear steak for 2 to 3 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.

Lower heat, add butter, then garlic, and cook until fragrant.

Stir in heavy cream, Parmesan, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes. Simmer until slightly thickened.

Add tortellini to the sauce and toss gently.
