A quick and satisfying dish that turns classic potato gnocchi into crispy, golden bites using the air fryer.
Ingredients

Potato gnocchi – 500 g (18 oz)

Olive oil – 2 tablespoons (30 ml)

Garlic powder – 1 teaspoon (3 g)

Onion powder – ½ teaspoon (1.5 g)

Paprika – 1 teaspoon (3 g)

Dried Italian seasoning – 1 teaspoon (2 g)

Salt – ½ teaspoon (3 g)

Black pepper – ¼ teaspoon (1 g)

Grated hard cheese (optional) – 30 g (¼ cup)

Fresh herbs (optional) – 2 tablespoons, chopped
Instructions

Place the gnocchi in a bowl and drizzle with olive oil.

Add all seasonings and toss until evenly coated.

Preheat the air fryer to 200°C (400°F).

Arrange gnocchi in a single layer in the basket.

Air fry for 12–15 minutes, shaking halfway through.

Serve hot with optional cheese and herbs on top.
Notes
Cook in batches if needed to avoid overcrowding. For extra flavor, finish with a squeeze of lemon or a sprinkle of fresh herbs just before serving.
