Description

A creamy, one-pan comfort meal made with lean ground turkey, tender pasta, and melted cheese—perfect for busy weeknights.


Ingredients

2 tablespoons olive oil (30 ml)

1 small onion, finely chopped

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 pound ground turkey (450 g)

1 teaspoon paprika (5 g)

1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning (5 g)

½ teaspoon black pepper (2 g)

1 teaspoon salt (5 g)

2 cups elbow macaroni (200 g)

3 cups chicken broth (720 ml)

1 cup milk (240 ml)

2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (200 g)

½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese (50 g)

2 tablespoons cream cheese (30 g)

1 tablespoon tomato paste (15 g)

1 tablespoon butter (15 g)

Fresh parsley (optional)


Instructions

Heat olive oil in a skillet and sauté onion for 3–4 minutes. Add garlic and cook 1 minute.

Add ground turkey and cook until browned. Season with spices.

Stir in tomato paste and cook briefly.

Add broth, milk, and macaroni. Stir well.

Simmer covered for 12–15 minutes until pasta is tender.

Stir in butter, cream cheese, cheddar, and mozzarella until melted.

Garnish and serve hot.

Notes

Add extra milk when reheating for creaminess

Use freshly shredded cheese for best texture

Customize with vegetables or spice for variety
