Description

A creamy and comforting pasta dish made with lean ground turkey and a rich tomato-based sauce, perfect for easy weeknight dinners.


Ingredients

Scale

400 g pasta

500 g ground turkey

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 small onion, finely chopped

3 garlic cloves, minced

400 g crushed tomatoes

120 ml heavy cream

60 ml milk

1 tablespoon tomato paste

1 teaspoon oregano

1 teaspoon basil

½ teaspoon paprika

½ teaspoon black pepper

1 teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

50 g grated cheese

2 tablespoons parsley


Instructions

Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Reserve 120 ml pasta water, then drain.

Heat olive oil and sauté onion until soft. Add garlic and cook briefly.

Add ground turkey and cook until browned.

Stir in tomato paste, then add crushed tomatoes and spices. Simmer 10 minutes.

Reduce heat and add cream and milk. Stir until smooth.

Add cooked pasta and mix well, using pasta water if needed.

Stir in cheese until melted and garnish with parsley before serving.

Notes

Adjust cream for desired richness

Add vegetables like spinach or mushrooms for variation

Store leftovers in refrigerator for up to 3 days
