Ingredients

  • 900 g (2 lb) boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into cubes

  • 30 ml (2 tbsp) olive oil

  • 5 g (1 tsp) garlic powder

  • 5 g (1 tsp) smoked paprika

  • 3 g (½ tsp) chili powder

  • 3 g (½ tsp) salt

  • 2 g (¼ tsp) black pepper

  • 180 ml (¾ cup) mayonnaise

  • 60 ml (¼ cup) sweet chili sauce

  • 30 ml (2 tbsp) sriracha sauce

  • 15 ml (1 tbsp) honey

  • 15 ml (1 tbsp) lime juice


Instructions

  • Season chicken with olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, chili powder, salt, and pepper.

  • Thread chicken onto skewers.

  • Mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey, and lime juice to make the sauce.

  • Grill, bake, or air fry the skewers until cooked through, brushing with sauce near the end.

  • Serve hot with extra sauce drizzled on top.

Notes

Adjust the spice level by increasing or decreasing the sriracha. These skewers can be prepared ahead of time for easy entertaining.
