Description

This Buffalo Chicken Flatbread is a bold, satisfying dish that combines tender chicken, tangy buffalo-style sauce, and melted cheese on a crisp flatbread base. It’s perfect for sharing, easy to customize, and ready in minutes.


Ingredients

  • Flatbread or naan bread – 2 large pieces (about 8 to 9 inches each)

  • Cooked chicken breast, shredded or diced – 2 cups (about 300 g)

  • Buffalo-style sauce – 1/2 cup (120 ml)

  • Olive oil – 1 tablespoon (15 ml)

  • Garlic powder – 1/2 teaspoon

  • Smoked paprika – 1/2 teaspoon

  • Shredded mozzarella cheese – 1 1/2 cups (170 g)

  • Shredded cheddar cheese – 1/2 cup (60 g)

  • Red onion, thinly sliced – 1/4 cup (about 40 g)

  • Green onions, sliced – 2 tablespoons

  • Fresh parsley or chives, chopped – 1 tablespoon (optional)


Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 220°C (425°F) and heat a baking sheet or pizza stone.

  • Mix chicken with buffalo-style sauce, garlic powder, and smoked paprika.

  • Brush flatbreads with olive oil and place on parchment paper.

  • Sprinkle mozzarella evenly over each flatbread.

  • Add buffalo chicken mixture and top with cheddar and red onion.

  • Transfer to the oven and bake for 10–12 minutes until bubbly and golden.

  • Garnish with green onions and fresh herbs, slice, and serve.

Notes

For extra crispness, bake directly on a pizza stone. Adjust the amount of buffalo-style sauce to control the spice level, and serve immediately for best texture and flavor.
