Instructions

Preheat oven to 220°C (425°F) and heat a baking sheet or pizza stone.

Mix chicken with buffalo-style sauce, garlic powder, and smoked paprika.

Brush flatbreads with olive oil and place on parchment paper.

Sprinkle mozzarella evenly over each flatbread.
