Ingredients

Boneless, skinless chicken breast – 500 g (1.1 lb)

Olive oil – 2 tablespoons

Garlic powder – 1 teaspoon

Salt – ¾ teaspoon

Black pepper – ½ teaspoon

Romaine lettuce – 4 cups, chopped (200 g)

Parmesan cheese – ½ cup, grated (50 g)

Caesar dressing – ½ cup (120 ml)

Large flour tortillas – 4 (25–30 cm / 10–12 inches)

Lemon juice – 1 tablespoon
Instructions

Season the chicken with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.

Cook the chicken in a skillet or grill pan over medium heat for 6–7 minutes per side until fully cooked. Rest for 5 minutes and slice.

In a bowl, toss lettuce, Parmesan cheese, Caesar dressing, and lemon juice until combined.

Warm the tortillas slightly. Add Caesar salad mixture and sliced chicken to each wrap.

Roll tightly, slice if desired, and serve immediately.
Notes
