Ingredients

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (170–200 g / 6–7 oz each)

1 teaspoon garlic powder

8 slices smoked turkey or beef deli slices (120 g / 4 oz)

200 g / 7 oz mozzarella or Swiss-style cheese

½ cup (60 g) all-purpose flour

2 large eggs

1 tablespoon milk

1½ cups (75 g) breadcrumbs

½ teaspoon paprika

½ teaspoon dried parsley

3 tablespoons vegetable oil
Instructions

Pound chicken breasts to ½ cm thickness and season.

Layer turkey or beef slices and cheese, then roll tightly.

Chill for 20–30 minutes.

Coat in flour, egg mixture, and breadcrumbs.

Sear in oil until golden on all sides.

Bake at 190°C / 375°F for 20–25 minutes.
