Ingredients

  • 12 oz (340 g) rotini or bowtie pasta

  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast, diced (12 oz / 340 g)

  • 2 cups seedless red grapes, halved

  • 1 cup seedless green grapes, halved

  • ½ cup celery, thinly sliced

  • ½ cup sliced almonds

  • ¼ cup chopped green onions

  • ¾ cup mayonnaise

  • 2 tablespoons plain yogurt

  • 3 tablespoons honey

  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar

  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

  • 1 tablespoon poppy seeds

  • ¼ teaspoon salt

  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper


Instructions

  1. Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and cool.

  2. Dice cooked chicken into bite-sized pieces.

  3. Prepare grapes, celery, and green onions.

  4. Whisk together all dressing ingredients until smooth.

  5. Combine pasta, chicken, grapes, celery, green onions, and almonds in a large bowl.

  6. Toss with dressing until evenly coated.

  7. Chill for 30 minutes before serving.
