Description

A luxurious salmon dinner filled with a creamy crab and shrimp stuffing, perfect for an elegant and memorable date night at home.


Ingredients

Scale
    • 4 salmon fillets, skin-on, 170 g (6 oz) each

    • 1 tablespoon olive oil (15 ml)

    • 1/2 teaspoon salt (3 g)

    • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper (1 g)

    • 1 teaspoon paprika (2 g)

    • 1 teaspoon garlic powder (3 g)

    • 200 g (7 oz) cooked crab meat

    • 150 g (5 oz) raw shrimp, finely chopped

    • 120 g (1/2 cup) cream cheese, softened

    • 30 g (1/4 cup) grated Parmesan cheese

    • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise (30 g)

    • 2 cloves garlic, minced (6 g)

    • 1 tablespoon lemon juice (15 ml)

    • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (4 g)


Instructions

    • Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F) and prepare a baking dish.

    • Cut a pocket into each salmon fillet and season with oil and spices.

    • Mix all filling ingredients in a bowl until combined.

    • Stuff the salmon fillets evenly with the crab and shrimp mixture.

    • Bake for 20–25 minutes until salmon is cooked through.

    • Rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • Use fresh or properly thawed seafood for best results.

  • Do not overcook to keep the salmon moist.

  • This dish can be assembled ahead and baked when ready to serve.
