4 salmon fillets, skin-on, 170 g (6 oz) each

1 tablespoon olive oil (15 ml)

1/2 teaspoon salt (3 g)

1/4 teaspoon black pepper (1 g)

1 teaspoon paprika (2 g)

1 teaspoon garlic powder (3 g)

200 g (7 oz) cooked crab meat

150 g (5 oz) raw shrimp, finely chopped

120 g (1/2 cup) cream cheese, softened

30 g (1/4 cup) grated Parmesan cheese

2 tablespoons mayonnaise (30 g)

2 cloves garlic, minced (6 g)

1 tablespoon lemon juice (15 ml)

1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (4 g)

Instructions

Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F) and prepare a baking dish.

Cut a pocket into each salmon fillet and season with oil and spices.

Mix all filling ingredients in a bowl until combined.

Stuff the salmon fillets evenly with the crab and shrimp mixture.

Bake for 20–25 minutes until salmon is cooked through.

Rest for 5 minutes before serving.
