500 g boneless, skinless chicken thighs

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon black pepper

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 tablespoon unsalted butter

1 tablespoon olive oil

6 cloves garlic, minced

1 small onion, diced (120 g)

1 tablespoon all-purpose flour

750 ml chicken broth

250 ml heavy cream

1 teaspoon soy sauce

½ teaspoon white pepper

½ teaspoon paprika

200 g ramen noodles

100 g mushrooms, sliced

2 spring onions, chopped
Instructions

Season chicken with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Sear in olive oil over medium heat for 4–5 minutes per side. Remove, rest, and slice.

In the same pan, melt butter with olive oil. Add garlic and onion; cook until fragrant.

Stir in flour and cook 1 minute. Slowly whisk in chicken broth.

Add cream, soy sauce, white pepper, and paprika. Simmer gently for 5 minutes.

Add ramen noodles and mushrooms. Cook 3–4 minutes until noodles are tender.

Return chicken to the pan and simmer 2 minutes. Serve hot with spring onions.
