Ingredients

  • 500 g boneless, skinless chicken thighs

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 6 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 small onion, diced (120 g)

  • 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour

  • 750 ml chicken broth

  • 250 ml heavy cream

  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce

  • ½ teaspoon white pepper

  • ½ teaspoon paprika

  • 200 g ramen noodles

  • 100 g mushrooms, sliced

  • 2 spring onions, chopped


Instructions

  • Season chicken with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Sear in olive oil over medium heat for 4–5 minutes per side. Remove, rest, and slice.

  • In the same pan, melt butter with olive oil. Add garlic and onion; cook until fragrant.

  • Stir in flour and cook 1 minute. Slowly whisk in chicken broth.

  • Add cream, soy sauce, white pepper, and paprika. Simmer gently for 5 minutes.

  • Add ramen noodles and mushrooms. Cook 3–4 minutes until noodles are tender.

  • Return chicken to the pan and simmer 2 minutes. Serve hot with spring onions.

Notes

  • Avoid boiling after adding cream to keep the broth smooth

  • Cook noodles fresh for best texture

  • Adjust broth thickness with extra chicken broth if needed
