Ingredients

Chicken sausage: 450 g (1 lb), sliced

Short pasta: 340 g (12 oz)

Chicken broth: 480 ml (2 cups)

Milk: 240 ml (1 cup)

Cream cheese: 225 g (8 oz), cubed

Shredded cheddar cheese: 300 g (3 cups)

Ranch seasoning mix: 2 tablespoons

Garlic powder: 1 teaspoon

Onion powder: 1 teaspoon

Black pepper: ½ teaspoon

Salt: ½ teaspoon

Fresh parsley: 2 tablespoons, chopped
Instructions

Add chicken sausage to the crockpot.

Sprinkle in ranch seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.

Pour in chicken broth and milk.

Add cubed cream cheese on top.

Cook on low for 3 hours.

Stir until smooth, then add pasta.

Cook on low for 1½ to 2 hours, stirring once.
