Description

A creamy, slow-cooked pasta dish made with chicken sausage, cheddar cheese, and ranch seasoning for an easy and comforting meal.


Ingredients

  • Chicken sausage: 450 g (1 lb), sliced

  • Short pasta: 340 g (12 oz)

  • Chicken broth: 480 ml (2 cups)

  • Milk: 240 ml (1 cup)

  • Cream cheese: 225 g (8 oz), cubed

  • Shredded cheddar cheese: 300 g (3 cups)

  • Ranch seasoning mix: 2 tablespoons

  • Garlic powder: 1 teaspoon

  • Onion powder: 1 teaspoon

  • Black pepper: ½ teaspoon

  • Salt: ½ teaspoon

  • Fresh parsley: 2 tablespoons, chopped


Instructions

  • Add chicken sausage to the crockpot.

  • Sprinkle in ranch seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.

  • Pour in chicken broth and milk.

  • Add cubed cream cheese on top.

  • Cook on low for 3 hours.

  • Stir until smooth, then add pasta.

  • Cook on low for 1½ to 2 hours, stirring once.

  • Stir in cheddar cheese until melted.

  • Garnish with parsley and serve.

Notes

  • Add extra milk or broth if sauce thickens too much.
