A comforting skillet meal featuring tender steak bites and crispy potatoes coated in rich garlic butter, perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients

1 ½ pounds sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes

1 ½ pounds baby potatoes, halved or quartered

4 tablespoons unsalted butter

5 cloves garlic, minced

4 tablespoons olive oil, divided

2 teaspoons salt, divided

1 teaspoon black pepper, divided

2 teaspoons paprika, divided

½ teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon dried parsley
-
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions

Toss potatoes with 2 tablespoons olive oil, 1 teaspoon salt, ½ teaspoon black pepper, 1 teaspoon paprika, and dried parsley.

Cook potatoes in a skillet over medium heat for 15–20 minutes until golden and tender. Remove and set aside.

Season steak with remaining salt, black pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.

Heat remaining olive oil in the skillet over medium-high heat and sear steak bites for 2–3 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.

Reduce heat, add butter and garlic, and cook until fragrant.

Return steak and potatoes to the skillet and toss to coat in garlic butter.

Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
