2 tbsp unsalted butter

1 ½ cups (360 ml) heavy cream

1 cup (100 g) grated Parmesan cheese

½ cup (120 ml) chicken broth

½ tsp paprika

¼ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
Instructions

Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente; drain and reserve pasta water.

Heat olive oil in a skillet and cook seasoned chicken until golden; set aside.

Melt butter, sauté garlic briefly, then add broth and cream.

Stir in Parmesan, paprika, and red pepper flakes until smooth.
