Ingredients

  • 1 lb (450 g) boneless, skinless chicken breast, diced

  • ½ tsp black pepper

  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter

  • 1 ½ cups (360 ml) heavy cream

  • 1 cup (100 g) grated Parmesan cheese

  • ½ cup (120 ml) chicken broth

  • ½ tsp paprika

  • ¼ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley


Instructions

  • Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente; drain and reserve pasta water.

  • Heat olive oil in a skillet and cook seasoned chicken until golden; set aside.

  • Melt butter, sauté garlic briefly, then add broth and cream.

  • Stir in Parmesan, paprika, and red pepper flakes until smooth.

  • Add chicken and pasta, tossing to coat evenly.

  • Adjust sauce with reserved pasta water if needed and garnish with parsley.
