Ingredients

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 170 g / 6 oz each)

2 tablespoons olive oil

½ cup (120 g) mayonnaise

½ cup (50 g) grated parmesan cheese

1 cup (100 g) shredded mozzarella cheese

1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning

½ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)

2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions

Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.

Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat and sear chicken for 4–5 minutes per side.

Mix mayonnaise, parmesan, mozzarella, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes in a bowl.

Spread the cheese mixture evenly over each chicken breast.

Bake at 200°C / 400°F for 15–18 minutes until cooked through and bubbly.

Rest for 5 minutes, garnish if desired, and serve.
