3 cups (720 ml) vegetable broth

1 cup (240 ml) heavy cream

1 cup (100 g) grated Parmesan-style cheese

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions

Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium heat.

Add garlic and cook briefly until fragrant.

Pour in vegetable broth and cream, then season.

Add pasta and bring to a gentle boil.

Notes
