Tender, flavorful chicken cooked in the air fryer and coated in a sweet and tangy honey mustard sauce. Perfect for quick dinners and meal prep.
Ingredients

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (1.5 pounds / 680 g)

1/4 cup honey (60 ml)

1/4 cup Dijon mustard (60 ml)

1 tablespoon whole-grain mustard (15 ml)

1 tablespoon olive oil (15 ml)

1 teaspoon garlic powder (5 g)

1 teaspoon onion powder (5 g)

1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika (2 g)

1/2 teaspoon salt (3 g)

1/4 teaspoon black pepper (1 g)
Instructions

In a bowl, whisk together honey, Dijon mustard, whole-grain mustard, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.

Pat chicken breasts dry and coat them evenly with the honey mustard mixture.

Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (193°C).

Place chicken in the air fryer basket in a single layer.

Cook for 10 minutes, flip, then cook for another 8–10 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).

Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
For best results, avoid overcrowding the air fryer basket. Chicken thighs can be used instead of breasts with a slightly longer cooking time.
